- The technical analyst will be responsible for entering Bill of Materials into SAP.
- Marketing sure material is delivered on time, based on lead times.
- Maintain existing stock for the material in storage location.
- Assist the field personnel with calls for replacement components during failures. Deliver material to fabricators.
- Technical analysts must have excellent interpersonal skills, as they may work with internally or externally depending on job function.
- They should have knowledge in SAP, Supply Chain, fabrication, and construction processes.
- They can rely on work instructions and pre-established guidelines to preform functions of the job.
- Primary job function typically requires exercising independent judgment after a training period.
- A mentor and supervisor will be available for assistance. A background in controls would be a plus.
