This position falls under a collective bargaining agreement and wages are not negotiable.Summary of Responsibilities:Repair and maintain plant machineryInspect, troubleshoot, dismantle, assemble, replace defective parts, and adjust plant machineryUse torch to cut and heatPerform welding and air arc cuttingOther duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications:Minimum of 2-year degree in Industrial Maintenance or related field or at least 2 years of directly related full-time work experience is requiredHave the ability to read, understand and follow safety information, operating instructions and procedure manualsWork safely and wear appropriate personal protective equipmentMust be willing to work rotating shifts, nights, weekends and holidaysMust be willing to work overtimeCleveland-Cliffs Inc. is the largest flat-rolled steel company and the largest iron ore pellet producer in North America.
