Oversee and maintain a well-run system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; define bookkeeping policies and procedures
Oversee accounts by verifying, allocating, and posting transactions
Settle accounts by reconciling entries
Manage and review general ledger
Arrange financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information
Design Accounts Receivable invoices, analyzing payments received, and record deposits
Support quality archived records by filing documents Requirements - BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration preferred
Experience using accounting software
Previous experience as a Bookkeeper preferred
Deep understanding of Accounts Payable (AP)
Foundational knowledge in bi-Monthly Payroll
Solid understanding of bookkeeping
Knowledge of QuickBooks
