Description Job Title: HR Generalist – Learning and DevelopmentSalary: Up to $70,000Robert Half is partnering with one of their well-established manufacturing clients on their recruitment efforts to find a full-time, direct hire, HR Generalist – Learning & Development. Our client is a leading player in the manufacturing industry. As they continue to grow and expand, they are seeking HR Generalist to join their Learning and Development team. This role offers growth opportunities within their expanding organization and allows for receptibilities in other areas of HR.Job Summary: This is a perfect opportunity for someone with 0-2 yeas of HR experience or an established HR Generalist. In this role you’ll responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and evaluation of learning initiatives and training programs that enhance the skills and performance of the workforce. This role will collaborate with various departments to identify training needs, create educational materials, and ensure employees have access to professional growth opportunities.Key Responsibilities:Training Program Development:

Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to the needs of the manufacturing workforce.

Create engaging training materials, including manuals, e-learning modules, and multimedia presentations.

Learning Needs Assessment:

Conduct assessments to identify skills gaps and training needs across different departments.

Collaborate with managers to develop targeted learning solutions.

Employee Onboarding:

Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they receive the necessary training and resources to integrate smoothly into the company.

Develop and update onboarding materials as needed.

Compliance and Safety Training:

Ensure all employees complete mandatory compliance and safety training.

Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to maintain a safe and compliant work environment.

Program Evaluation:

Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.

Make data-driven recommendations for improvements.

HR Support:

Assist with general HR functions, including employee relations, talent acquisition, and policy implementation.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.

1+ years of experience in a learning and development role, within the manufacturing industry preferred but not required.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Proficiency in using e-learning platforms and other training tools.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels.
