Position Title: Maintenance Technician

Location: Confidential (Zeeland, MI)

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team and help ensure the smooth operation of our facility. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your skills in equipment maintenance will directly contribute to the company’s success.

Sign-on Bonus: Up to $5,000

Shifts Available: Both Day and Night shifts

Pay Rate: $24 to $32 per hour, based on experience (paid weekly)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide maintenance support with moderate supervision to ensure equipment operates safely and effectively.

Perform routine preventative maintenance on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment.

Troubleshoot and conduct emergency mechanical or electrical repairs as needed.

Apply technical knowledge to minimize downtime due to equipment issues.

Collaborate with plant personnel to meet production and individual goals.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

Education/Experience: Minimum 1 year of industrial maintenance experience or relevant industrial maintenance education (diploma or technical school enrollment in lieu of experience).

Computer Skills: Basic skills required to log information, process work orders, and complete documentation. Must be able to learn the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Communication & Math Skills: Must communicate effectively and demonstrate proficiency in basic math, including percentages, fractions, and measurements.

Special Skills:

Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 75 lbs. occasionally and up to 20 lbs. frequently.

Ability to stand on hard surfaces for extended periods (up to 12 hours per day).

Must be able to work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and perform overhead tasks.

Position Title: Refrigeration Technician

Location: Zeeland, MI

We are offering a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 for new hires in our Maintenance Roles! Pay is determined by experience and is provided weekly. Day and night shifts are available.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Refrigeration Technician to join our fast-paced team, working cross-functionally across our facility to maintain and troubleshoot our equipment. This role is essential in ensuring the safety and efficiency of our plant operations through proactive maintenance and problem-solving. As part of our team, you will play a key role in minimizing equipment downtime and contributing to overall company performance.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide maintenance support with moderate supervision to ensure the safe and effective operation of equipment.

Perform routine preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic plant systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to refrigeration systems, including ammonia refrigeration.

Collaborate with plant personnel to achieve production and safety goals.

Minimize downtime due to equipment failures by identifying and solving issues promptly.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Refrigeration Technician or in a similar role, with hands-on experience in refrigeration systems, components, and controls (including ammonia refrigeration systems).

Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical manuals; must demonstrate understanding of refrigeration systems.

Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with computers for logging information, processing daily work orders, and using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. occasionally and stand on hard surfaces for extended periods (up to 12 hours).

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with welding, hydraulics, and pneumatic systems.

Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining industrial refrigeration systems.

Additional certifications or licenses related to refrigeration or electrical systems are a plus.

Position Title: Electrical Maintenance Technician

Pay Range: $24 to $33 per hour based on experience.

Location: Zeeland, MI.

We are offering a sign-on bonus of up to $5,000 for all new hires in our Maintenance Roles! Pay is determined by experience and provided weekly.

Schedule: Rotating shifts, with options of 5:00am-5:00pm or 5:00pm-5:00am, following a 3-days-on, 3-days-off, 2-days-on, 2-days-off schedule. Occasional Sunday work may be required based on production needs.

This position is crucial in maintaining operational flow and reducing equipment downtime, while working collaboratively with other plant personnel.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on equipment.

Troubleshoot and repair plant equipment including mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Apply troubleshooting skills to ensure safe operation of production equipment.

Minimize downtime by efficiently identifying and resolving equipment failures.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.

Work with pumps, hydraulics, and welding as required.

Demonstrate basic understanding of electrical theory, wiring systems, and installation processes.

Non-Negotiable Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of industrial maintenance experience or equivalent; must have hands-on experience in hydraulics and compressed air systems.

Education: Industrial maintenance diploma, electrician license, or journeyman license preferred. Will consider current enrollment in technical school as a substitute for experience.

Computer Skills: Ability to use basic computer skills for logging information, processing work orders, and using the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

Physical Ability: Capable of lifting up to 75 lbs occasionally, standing on hard surfaces for up to 12 hours, and working in confined or tall spaces.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Experience with welding and compressed air systems.

Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.

Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).

Special Considerations:

Ability to work in varying temperatures from -25°F to over 100°F.

Frequent overhead work, gripping, pushing, pulling, and climbing ladders.

Willingness to work outside as needed.
