FOLDER/GLUER OPERATOR
You will be trained by an experienced Folder/Gluer Operator.
Pay range: $24.00 - $33.00 (start rate for range = $24.00/per hour).
Night Premium: 10% capped at $2.00/hour.
You will train on day shift for 2-3 weeks, then move to nights when trained. You will have the opportunity to return to the day shift when a spot opens up in your role.
We work four 10.0 hour shifts: Monday-Thursday.
What you will be doing:
Set-up and operate the folder-gluer line.
Provide leadership and direction to gluer assistants.
Analyze job ticket to determine appropriate set-up procedure to meet schedule requirements.
Performs make ready.
PRESS OPERATOR
You will be trained by an experienced Press Operator.
Pay range: $24.00 - $33.00 (start rate for range = $24.00/per hour).
Night Premium: 10% capped at $2.00/hour.
You will train on day shift for 2-3 weeks, then move to nights when trained. You will have the opportunity to return to the day shift when a spot opens up in your role.
We work three 12.0 hour shifts on a 7-week rotating schedule.
What you will be doing:
Set-up and operate multi-color press.
Responsible for all aspects of press performance including productivity, quality, spoilage and maintenance.
Provide leadership and direction to feeder operator assigned to the press.
Clears machine before and after each run.
Reviews job ticket, layout sheets or sample prior to running production.
