Fabrication Manager

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Metal Fabrication Manager based in Holland, Michigan. This role involves managing various aspects of production, scheduling, and inventory in a well-established company. The successful candidate will be well-rounded with a strong focus on management and leadership.Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all aspects of production processes Develop and implement effective scheduling strategies to maximize productivity Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are sufficient Utilize ERP solutions and other software such as Global Shop Demonstrate leadership skills in managing a large team Use your skills in customer service to address and resolve customer inquiries and issues Utilize your knowledge in equity capital and grant management to manage financial aspects of the operation Implement and maintain accounting functions related to stock administration Use your certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) to ensure best practices are followed Leverage your experience in scheduling management to ensure timely production and delivery of products.Requirements Minimum of 10 years of experience in a similar role as a Stock Administrator Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services Experience with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions Knowledge of Great Plains (GPAC) and IBM AS/400 software Familiarity with About Time software Proficient in Accounting Functions Excellent Customer Service skills Experience in Equity Capital and Grant Management Strong Management skills, including Production management and Scheduling management Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) preferred Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
