Main Responsibilities:
Assists in the recruiting, interviews, and selects employees to fill vacant positions.
Conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
Maintain and process weekly payroll for hourly personnel through our Kronos timekeeping system.
Keeps record of personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, leave status and terminations within the HR management system(s).
Assists in the investigation of accidents/incidents.
Audits and maintains attendance records for hourly personnel.
Issue discipline infractions and assists supervisors with enforcing discipline.
Gathers information and helps in the preparation to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
Represents organization at personnel related hearings and investigations.
Keeps records of hired employee characteristics for governmental purposes.
Works as a liaison to help employees with company benefits plans and payroll concerns.
Assists in the training efforts of the plant through in-plant training and programs designed to improve team member skills in production, quality and safety.
Knows corporate personnel policies and supports the same; improves plant personnel policies and may assist in the designing and formalizing local policies as needed.
Becomes active in community and public activities and represents the company in many of these activities.
Assists in the activities that may include sports programs, company picnics, open house, and other activities designed to give team members a favorable image of their company and local management.
Assists with the training and development of HR Coordinator or Interns.
Other duties as assigned.

Information Security: Understand, apply and meet all function-related IT / Information Security and confidentiality of YFAI information requirements.
Educations: Bachelors Degree or equivalent 5 years Human Resources experience
