Description:A company in West Michigan is looking for a field service technician to support in the inspection, repairing, troubleshooting and maintenance of the presses that have been manufactured over the last 100 years. The company has customers all throughout the United States who are using one or more of their 200,000 presses. The field service technician will be responsible for traveling about 50% of their time. For the first year they will travel with another field service technician and will not be expected to travel alone. Individual will spend time in front of customers often when they are traveling. First project this individual will provide support on will be for a company out of Oregon. They are expecting this project to last about 6 months. Individual will start training on-site and after they have gained knowledge on processes and products will begin travelling with another tech. Individual will troubleshoot and repair presses.
