Job Title: Project ManagerJob DescriptionThe Project Manager will be responsible for leading the APQP process and implementing it into the Plex ERP system. This individual will hold the engineering, operations, and quality teams accountable to ensure the current backlog of approximately 60 items is cleared. Responsibilities include launching tools, taking over tools, handling new programs/launches, conducting feasibility studies, and addressing customer deviations/exceptions that need approval.
Manage the open items list and hold the team accountable for closing out tasks.
Organize meetings with cross-functional teams including Quality, Operations, and Engineering.
Utilize Gantt Charts, Microsoft Project, or other project management tools to organize the open items list.
Standardize the APQP process and implement it into the ERP system to ensure seamless phase transitions.
Hard Skills
APQP - Experience working with Product Launch Activities Through OEM / Suppliers
ERP Experience - (Plex Preferred)
Lead Experience - Ability to Hold Cross-Functional Team Accountable
Metal Manufacturing Experience
Detail Oriented - Microsoft Project / Gantt Charts
