Trim-A-Seal Home Improvements Inc. is currently looking for an installation Crew Leader to join our growing team! We are a 70 year 3rd generation home remodeling company. We sell and install windows, siding, doors, retractable awnings, gutter protection, roofing, garage coatings, and more! Our installers work closely with home owners, sales representatives, and office staff to deliver quality service, workmanship, and professionalism on a daily basis. A Crew Leader is responsible for ensuring quality installations and prompt communication with customers and office staff throughout the Trim-A-Seal experience. Our service area includes Chicagoland, Northern Indiana, and Southern Michigan.
We are also the largest Sunsetter Awning dealer in the US!
We need additional installers and will provide training if you're willing to learn.

Requirements:
- A truck and relevant tools are necessary. We provide vehicles once a relationship is established.
- Exterior remodeling and/or construction background
- Windows, siding, doors, awning, roofing, and/or gutter knowledge and installation experience
- Detail/Quality oriented attitude
