CONSTRUCTION CLEANING SUPERVISOR. – $24pHr – Full Time position cleaning and supervising cleaning crew in SE side of Grand Rapids. This job requires high quality workmanship & extreme attention to detail. Some work from extension ladders, scaffold & scissor lifts.
Job Details –
o Create and execute a plan daily.
o Perform daily cleaning of construction areas in an ongoing construction/warehouse setting.
o Weekly upkeep and cleaning of entrances and exits.
o Use of scissor lifts and floor cleaning machines.
o Operation and maintenance of floor cleaning machines and equipment.
o Train and direct 3-5 employees.
o Communicate daily with job superintendent to ensure operations of cleaning are meeting their needs.
o Communicate with your supervisor to ensure you have supplies needed to complete daily tasks.
o Complete required paperwork/reports.
Hours are 1st shift, starting at 6:30 am to 3:30pm, Mon-Fri. Overtime as needed.
Must have GREAT attendance, work ethic, & attitude.
Supervisor experience required!
Other experience/training preferred, but not required.
o OSHA 10 Hour Construction Training
o Boom & Scissor lift training / experience
