Lawn Maintenance Crew
Expectations:
They will be responsible for the job at hand and job description.
This person must help with customer service by providing quality work and adhering to company policies.
Requirements:
-1 or more years of commercial lawn care experience required.
-They must possess the self-management skills necessary to motivate themselves and others.
-Communication skills are a must.
-A desire to learn and continue learning our trade will be highly regarded.
-They must have personal management skills to perform their duties established by the company quality requirements.
-The applicant must have a working knowledge of what landscape maintenance entails.
-Operation of lawn mowers and other various landscape maintenance equipment experience is required
-A valid driver’s license with chauffeur’s endorsement and DOT medical card required within 45 days of hiring.
Physical Requirements:
-Lifting of up to 50lbs
-The work is done outdoors, hot, cold, wet, etc.
- Winter care experience i.e. plowing/salting etc. is a plus.
-Pay will depend on experience, beginning at $16.00+/hr.
-Weekly pay checks

Required education:
High school or equivalent
Required license or certification:
Operator’s license with ability to get Chauffeurs Driver’s License within first 45 days.
