Landscape Construction Crew
Expectations:
It is the employee's job to meet or exceed the established company guidelines for quality. They will be responsible for the job at hand and job description. This person must help with customer service by providing quality work and obeying company policies.
Requirements:
-They must possess the self-management skills necessary to motivate themselves.
-The applicant must have a working knowledge of the products, tools and services we provide as well as what landscape construction entails.
-Operation of excavation equipment and various landscape maintenance equipment, i.e. skid steer, loader, excavator, dingo, etc. experiences are helpful.
-A valid driver's chauffeurs license and DOT medical card is required. These can be obtained within 45 days of hire. CDL A is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- lifting of up to 60lbs will be necessary.
-The work environment consists of an outdoors environment, i.e.-hot, cold, wet, etc.
-Job Type: Full-time
Required education:
High school or equivalent
Required experience:
Landscape construction/hardscapes/softscapes experience a plus.
Basic knowledge of the green industry.

-Pay will depend on experience, beginning at $16.00+/hr.
