We are seeking a Crew Lead for our Greater Grand Rapids crew. This position is Seasonal. We anticipate a start date of April 1 and end date of October 30.
As a Crew Lead, you will perform a wide variety of projects for various clients across our region. This is a seasonal position, that begins in April and finishes at the end of October. Working hours are 30-60 hours per week with some weekends and overtime work required.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
● Lead a 3-person crew
● Use equipment to perform line painting, asphalt crack filling and sealcoating
● Plan and facilitate the production of a high-quality project
● Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site
● Additional tasks as required
WHAT YOU BRING
● A Michigan driver’s license with a clean driving record and a reliable mode of transportation
● You are self-motivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solve
● You understand the importance of punctuality, organization and attention to detail
● Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending and lifting (up to 75lbs)
● Ability to work well independently unsupervised
● Experience with small engines (like lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is an asset
