Building Maintenance Person

Looking for an individual who likes people and can work independently. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who would like to learn building maintenance, from our maintenance person who has been here 18 years, ideal for a person who has some practical knowledge about household or building repairs already. We are thinking of part-time work, but we may be open to discuss full-time work from 8-2 Monday-Friday, on call with rotating weekends, vacation days, cell allowance and some flexibility with days off when needed. This is for someone who can be self-motivated, able to work with other staff as a team, we can be flexible with the understanding that this is a small public housing agency where a professional atmosphere is a must.
