Position: Auto Detailing Specialist
Location: Wyoming Michigan
Job Type: Contract (with potential for team inclusion based on performance)
Pay Rate: $14 - $25 per hour (depending on skills and experience), paid in cash via 1099

Job Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough cleaning, washing, and detailing of vehicles, adhering to Lava GR's high standards of quality
Operate and maintain detailing tools and equipment
Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and report needs for reordering
Interact professionally with customers, providing excellent service and addressing any concerns
Multitask across different detailing tasks while maintaining attention to detail
Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards
Requirements:
Valid driver's license
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
Ability to multitask and adapt to dynamic work environments
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact positively with customers
Previous experience in auto detailing is preferred but not required

Hours: 1st and 2nd shift available. This is a fulltime position, but we have flexibility for the right candidates.
