Test Center Administrator

Description We are offering a contract employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative based in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The role includes administering tests and ensuring compliance with exam regulations, in a professional setting. Responsibilities: Administer tests to candidates following established rules and procedures. Ensure that the test area is free from distractions and unauthorized materials. Conduct periodic walkthroughs during exams to ensure adherence to rules. Handle inquiries related to test administration and provide necessary information. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding test materials and test results. Use Microsoft Office suite for data entry and other administrative tasks. Deliver superior customer service, resolving customer issues promptly and effectively. Collaborate with a team for smooth operation of the test center. Requirements Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook Proven ability to provide superior customer service Experience in resolving customer service issues effectively and efficiently Demonstrated skills in data entry and the ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to multitask and manage time effectively Excellent problem-solving skills High level of attention to detail Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and business needs.
