The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, representing Captura Hall with a welcoming and professional demeanor. This role involves handling a variety of administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of the front office.ResponsibilitiesGreet and direct visitors in a friendly and professional manner.Answer and manage phone calls, providing information or transferring calls as necessary.Maintain the front office area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and welcoming.Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinating with internal teams as needed.Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.Provide administrative support to different departments as required.Ensure proper functioning of office equipment and assist with troubleshooting when necessary.
