This person will support IT infrastructure project managers and operations to deliver on expected value. Support IT infrastructure project managers and operations to deliver on expected value.
Analyze contracts for deliverables and obligations and help build and manage a plan to execute.
Help measure performance data to identify anomalies and trends and review them with IT leaders.
Perform data entry, reconciliation, and analysis between Excel spreadsheets and ServiceNow.
