The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of duties supporting all areas and employees in the sales office.Thrive at work and at home:

Where is the work:This position is eligible for a Hybrid work schedule (3 or more days onsite a week) and will be based out of our Grand Rapids, MI location.Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support for leadership, sales, and operations teams.

Manage incoming calls and office visitors.

Manage building maintenance and repairs.

Coordinate on-site and off-site meetings.

Collaboration with sales and fulfillment teams.

Key Competencies :

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration or a related field is a plus.

Proven experience in office administration or a similar role.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines.

Prior experience in coordinating wellness programs or activities is a plus.

Base Pay Range: $39,450 - $52,050 / year.Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages.
