In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. You will be responsible for supporting client inquiries, managing accounts, and contributing to overall client satisfaction and retention.ResponsibilitiesServe as the main liaison between clients and internal departmentsRespond to client inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional mannerManage and update client accounts and documentationAssist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and project updatesIdentify and escalate client concerns or issues when necessaryMaintain a high level of knowledge about company services and processesSupport the onboarding process for new clientsMonitor and track client satisfaction and provide feedback to leadership
