Job description
ANIK is a transit research data collection firm seeking Experience Ambassadors- Field Interviewers. For a one week project, on Sep 09- Sep 15 for The Rapid. This is an entry level customer service position. You will be hired to conduct paper surveys with riders to improve transit in the Grand Rapids region.
Schedule is Monday-TH and one weekend day, Sat or Sunday. Shifts are 8 hours, between the hours of PM shift 12:00pm-8:000pm. Shift times may vary slightly depending on bus schedule. You will be riding ON BOARD The Rapids various bus routes.
Report Locations:
We will be mostly working out of Central Station.

Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Pay rate: $20.00 per hour.
Requirements:
· Must be prompt as timeliness is important
· Must be able to communicate with strangers (Bus Passengers)
· Must be able to stand on your feet on board a moving bus for up to 7 - 8 hours
· Must be comfortable asking personal travel and demographic questions
BILINGUAL NOT NECESSARY BUT PREFERRED
