AUI Acquisitions Unlimited is a leading firm in the Midwest that specializes in Direct Marketing and Incentive Advertising. We are seeking a highly motivated and customer oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This position requires excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Duties
-Provide accurate information to customers regarding products, services, and promotions
-Enter customer data and information in the system
-Inbound/Outbound off premise marketing
-Maintain a high level of professionalism and adhere to company policies and procedures
Qualifications
-Must be at least 18yrs. of age or older
-Able to read, speak, write and comprehend English Language
-Must be a U.S. Citizen or possess documentation required to work in the U.S.
-Possess a valid Drivers License and have reliable transportation
-Basic computer skills
-Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field is preferred, but not required
Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: Performance Based, up to 70,000/yr.
