The State Bank in Montrose, MI is seeking to hire a part-time ITM Specialist/Video Teller to serve our customers by accurately completing financial transactions through the Interactive Video Teller Machine Channel while providing superior service. The typical schedule for this banking position is around 25 hours a week, Monday-Friday between the hours of 6:45am -7:30pm. You can expect to typically work two weekends a month, Saturday's 8:45am-5:15pm, and Sunday's 10:45am-3:15pm. Do you thrive in an energetic, hard working, community focused environment? You are always seeking the opportunity to improve the customer's banking relationship. You are comfortable working with technology and performing within a multi-functional technical environment. You will use analytical skills to solve a wide variety of practical and customer services issues. Your superior communication and interpersonal skills will allow you to communicate concisely and energetically over the video channel to connect with customers. You will follow applicable policies and regulations to prevent fraud and other risks associated with video banking.
