Located in rural Northern Michigan area traveling 250-500 miles/week. What a great way to see Northern Michigan. myRNStaffing Solutions is assisting our client in Northern Michigan to hire a hard-working, compassionate, and caring Registered Nurse. This is an exciting and rewarding 3-month assignment working in Home Health/Hospice. Carry a caseload of 20-25 patients will do between 3-6 visits per day. Responsibilities of the Registered Nurse- Shifts: Dayshift only, but would prefer rotating
- Weekend: Required 1 weekend out of a 3-weekend schedule
- Starts of Care for new clients
- Routine Visits
- Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans
- Regularly evaluate plans of care and update as-needed.
- Educate patients and their families on how to follow care plans.
- Provide nursing care to their patients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- 2 years of experience
- ACLS, BLS
- Michigan State registered nurse license required
- OASIS Experience

- Salary: $50-55/hour based on experience, benefit level and traveler status.
