Accounts Payable Clerk

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Payable clerk commutable to Fraser. Your job will mostly entail email interaction with vendors, and therefore, efficient communication skills are an asset.Responsibilities:-Manage all issued invoices for inventory and miscellaneous needs.-Perform checks every Wednesday to ensure smooth financial operations.-Assist with day-to-day data entries and support in general accounting activities.-Manage invoice entry and process payments through Great Plains.-Code, match, and batch roughly 50 invoices per day to maintain records and streamline processes.-Execute check runs once a week every Wednesday, ranging from 3-10 checks.Ideal Candidate:-Experience in managing accounts invoices and check runs.-Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy.-Ability to communicate effectively with vendors through email.Requirements -Large Accounting system knowledge -Experience with the full process of AP-Detail orientedRobert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
