Roofing shingler/ preper/ labor

Looking for a selected individual with experience in the roofing trade. To join a teamwork atmosphere we all tear off, clean up, prep, shingle, and clean up the ground. Our crew only works on 6 pitch or less. Roughly 30 square a day, five days a week. Depending on experience and work ethics. pay15-22hr to start pay is Monday-Friday pay on Friday. Because of whether And size of a job we average 30 hours a week. Must have a dependable vehicle most of our work is in Genesee County. However, we will go up to Bay City in Midland, Lapeer, Howell, Lansing once in a while.
