We are searching for a highly motivated and detail oriented multi-skilled tradesman to join our growing home improvement company. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working both interior and exterior jobs; with an emphasis on framing, drywall removal and installation, preforming drywall repairs, removing and installing various types of trim, removing and installing various types of flooring & tile, removing and installing cabinets, countertops, sinks, vanities, toilets & bathtubs.
MUST BE ABLE TO SHOW UP ON TIME AND HAVE A RELIABLE VEHICLE!
Responsibilities:
- Work in a variety of settings, including commercial and residential properties.
- Use a variety of power tools and equipment, such as drills, screw guns, nail guns, various types of saws, scaffolding, ladders, etc.
- Measure, cut, and frame walls.
- Remove and install insulation.
- Remove, cut, and hang drywall.
- Remove, cut, and install trim.
- Remove, cut, and install flooring.
- Remove and install subfloor.
- Tear out and install old cabinets, subfloors, toilets, bathtubs, tile, various types of flooring, sinks, countertops, etc.
- General prep and cleanup.
Schedule:
8 hour shift - 30 minute lunch
Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
Experience:
Framing: 2 Years (Required)
Kitchen Remodeling: 2 Years (Required)
Bathroom Remodeling: 2 Years (Required)
Flooring: 2 Years (Required)
