We buy and remodel distressed houses. We do all phases of the work required to get the house ready for resale.
When working together with us there are no customers to deal with and we are not waiting to get paid from customers in order to pay you.
Trades people we are looking to make contact with include those proficient in trim carpentertry, rough carpentertry, siding, drywall hanging, drywall finishing, painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC,
some roofing, some concrete work.
