Carpenter / Rough Framer - 5yr Experience, please

I’m JT and I’m looking for experienced (5+ years) carpenters / rough framers to join my small custom carpentry business. Competitive pay based on experience level. Weekly pay, friendly laid-back crew, and plenty of work straight on through the winter. My company does residential remodels and new builds in the Ann Arbor area for high-end clients. We are not a production crew; we are focused on quality but still very capable of getting the job done quickly and professionally.
