I'm an owner of a dental office in Flint MI and I'm looking for a property manager for my business that can do the following tasks: collect rent, assist in maintenece requests (coordinate contractors when needed), show the property to potential rentors, screen potential rentors (background check and credit report), and provide monthly management reports via email.
Skills and requirements: Licensed realtor and/or certified property manager. Minimum 3 years experience as a property manager,
