Sugartree Apartments located at 9070 N Saginaw Rd, Mt Morris, MI is currently looking to fill an open position in the Maintenance Dept. 1. Must have a valid drivers license
2. Must have reliable transportation to get you to and from work.
3. Must be available to work Monday - Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm with rotating on call duties.
4. Must have your own basic hand tools.
5. Knowledge of HVAC and the Magic Pak system is a huge plus but not required.
6. Pay is completely based on experience as it relates to multi family housing.
