Looking for dedicated crew to do job-site cleanup, trash-outs, and demo for my renovation/rehab company.
Must have own transportation, and all tools to complete projects. I provided dumpsters as needed. Smaller jobs may need to be hauled off. Need to be mobile and willing to travel to where work is. Some of my work is up to 3 hours from Lapeer area. I compensate for gas expenses for travel further that an hour from my Lapeer location.
This is an independent contractor position and will require proper insurance. Not looking to hire a large company, just a small crew that wants to grow and take on as much work as they can handle.
