OPEN- 1 position open Grand Blanc/Fenton area for 1st and 2nd shift, 8 hours daily.
We are looking for an experienced person with a great work ethic and positive attitude for a commercial cleaning shift leader/inspector/trainer position. Commercial cleaning and management experience required! Applicant MUST be able to manage a small team, a great communicator, be proficient using cell phone apps, pay attention to detail, be proactive, self motivated and be able to drive to locations in the Grand Blanc and surrounding areas for inspections and trainings. Will be trained.
REQUIREMENTS:
EXPERIENCE IS A MUST GOOD ATTENDANCE A MUST
MUST BE ABLE TO PASS CRIMINAL BACKGROUND CHECK
Must have reliable transportation, NO shared transportation and MUST LIVE WITHIN THE AREA. Please do not apply if you live more than 20 miles from the area.
Physical Requirement: Must be able to bend and stand for 3 hrs. Must be able to lift 30 lbs.
Must be 21 years or older.
Must carry own medical policy or be able to sign a waiver.
1099 will be given at the end of the year.
