Customer Service Representative role.
Job Requirements:
- Demonstrate the ability to promptly and courteously answer incoming calls.
- Conduct outbound calling for the CE pre-paid program to engage customers.
- Contact customers to schedule comprehensive equipment (CE) appointments.
- Collaborate closely with service dispatch to effectively coordinate appointment scheduling.
- Record and communicate messages accurately and promptly as necessary.
- Ensure precise capture, data entry, and upkeep of customer information in the system.
- Acquire comprehensive knowledge of our company, products, and services to adeptly address customer inquiries.
- Manage client appointments and match proficient staff to fulfill the assigned tasks.
- Formulate and execute clear goals and objectives aligned with the position, striving to meet or surpass established targets.
- Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Maintain a professional, tidy, and presentable appearance at all times.
- Fulfill any additional responsibilities as delegated.
