Service Management / HR Automation Intern

As an intern within the HR Service Department, you will have the opportunity to live our HR Service Vision:We Care, We Understand, We Resolve.HR Service is the main point of contact for our associates across the US and Canada. We are available to help our customers navigate the sometimes complex world of HR topics like Compensation, Benefits, Training & Development, HR Technical Systems, and Payroll.We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Intern to support our Service Management (SM) and Automation teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of our operations, including support for documentation, development and documentation of automations, onboarding, audits, and more. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, adaptable, and ready to take on new challenges.Key Responsibilities could include:Development and maintenance of Power BI or ESM DashboardsAssist development of automations using tools like Power Platform, PagerDuty Workflow Automation, and KNIMESupport in Continuous Improvement (CIP) activities within HRSTriaging or processing tickets in HR topics like  Compensation, Benefits, Training & Development, HR Technical Systems, and PayrollTeam engagement & event supportAssistance in creating and organizing support/process documentation or marketing/training materials for various projects
