Works with a variety of stakeholders across multiple businesses.Drive core compensation cycles such as Annual Salary Review and Annual Bonus programs, including data validation, system testing, process improvement and education of People Business PartnersOwn and maintain compensation bands utilizing external data sources and market benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and alignment with our compensation philosophy.Counsel and guide on standard and complex compensation issues involving the interpretation and application of federal and state regulations, policies, and proceduresSupport in conducting market benchmarking and complete survey submissions including evaluation of current survey providers, peer group assessment, and ensuring consistent market matching practices.Independently conduct analyses on large sets of data and provide data backed recommendations to support in developing and administering effective compensation programs.Ensure company compliance with relevant laws and regulations including consultation on FLSA and other DOL regulations, plan document compliance, and audits.Conduct job audits, evaluations, and maintain job documentationWork independently to keep apprised of federal, state and local compensation laws and regulations, and research and recommend optimizations to compensation initiatives.
