Bosch Mobility Platform & Solutions is seeking a Head of Go-to-Market (GTM) - North America to lead our regional expansion and achieve ambitious 20x growth. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are driven to make a significant impact, we encourage you to apply!What You'll Do:As Head of Go-to-Market, you will be instrumental in developing and executing our North American growth strategy. Your key responsibilities will include:Go-to-Market Planning & Execution:Develop and execute the regional GTM long-term strategy and yearly sales plan.Lead target customer segmentation, positioning & messaging, pricing & channel development.Sales, Customer Acquisition & Success:Lead customer acquisition strategies, including demand generation and onboarding.Build a Customer Success function to optimize retention and expansion.Track performance and KPIs across pipeline and revenue.Continuously enhance sales productivity through performance analysis.Sales Team Development:Lead and mentor the sales and marketing team.Create sales training programs and enablement tools.Represent North America in global sales functions.Partner Management:Identify, acquire, and grow strategic partners, including channel partners.Lead co-marketing campaigns.Develop channel strategies to expand reach through partners and resellers.Marketing, Market Analysis & Communication:Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies.Drive awareness, lead generation, and retention.Lead in-depth market research, customer segmentation, and competitive analysis.
