Here’s Where You Come InAs a Business Development Representative you will actively contribute to the expansion of our employee benefits business by implementing strategic growth initiatives. This involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, fostering client relationships, and staying abreast of industry trends. Additionally, you'll play a pivotal role in managing crucial administrative functions, ensuring smooth operations and efficient coordination to support the overall success and advancement of our employee benefits division.Job Responsibilities :

Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients, introducing our employee benefits solutions

Identify and qualify leads through effective communication and active listening

Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients for employee benefits programs

Collaborate with the sales team to set up meetings and presentations for deeper discussions

Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market needs

Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and ensuring client satisfaction

Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and contracts for potential clients

Manage and update client information in the CRM system to ensure accurate records

Perform administrative tasks, such as data entry, scheduling, and document preparation

Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in business development and cold calling, preferably in the employee benefits or related industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish and nurture client relationships

Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail for administrative tasks

Familiarity with employee benefits programs and a solid understanding of the business landscape

Ability to work independently, meet targets, and contribute to team goals

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

Self-motivated and results-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (equivalent work experience in lieu of degree a degree will be considered.

2+ years of experience in business development or a similar role.
