Description We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Attorney/Lawyer in FARMINGTON HILLS, Michigan. The selected candidate will be expected to handle a variety of responsibilities, primarily revolving around legal case management, client communication, and document processing in the legal industry. Responsibilities: Accurate processing and administration of legal cases Utilization of legal software like Lexis for case management and research Handling of legal complaints and conducting civil litigation Effective management of client inquiries and concerns Maintenance of detail-oriented verbal and written business communication standards Adherence to detail-oriented legal analysis and written legal skills Proficient use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other general office software Handling of tasks related to consumer electronics Efficient time management and multitasking capabilities Document management and briefing activities. Requirements Applicant must hold a law degree from an accredited institution. Must possess valid state-issued license to practice law. Proficiency in 3M is necessary. Must demonstrate adeptness in Adobe Acrobat. Experience with Case Management Software is required. Familiarity with Conveyancer is a must. Applicant must showcase strong document management skills. Experience in briefing is important. Must possess a strong background in Civil Litigation. Experience in Claim Administration is necessary. Proficiency in handling complaints is required. Knowledge in Consumer Electronics is a plus.
