What You’ll Do:Teach advanced Barbering techniques—fades, beard work, straight-razor shaving—and oversee consistent delivery of technical training across all Barbering programsLead and support Educators and Student Educators to ensure high-quality, consistent instructionOversee and assist in the training and mentorship of Student Instructors as they work toward licensure, maintaining program consistency and excellencePartner with the Curriculum Manager and Compliance Department to stay current on state-by-state licensing requirements and ensure all campuses remain compliantEvaluate program effectiveness across locations, identify areas for growth, and help implement improvementsMonitor student experience, retention, and outcomes—taking proactive steps to support student successApply your professional expertise to advise on student kit selections and support curriculum refinement—ensuring alignment with Douglas J standards and state board expectationsFoster a structured, professional, and supportive learning environment
