We are searching for candidates who have obtained a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field, have gained relevant practical experience in the workplace post PhD, and have formal or informal teaching/instructional experiences in the workplace or academic settings. The relevant work and instructional experience needs to be in areas relevant to Industrial and Organizational Psychology such as organizational behavior, quantitative methods, selection, talent management, survey development, employee attitudes and engagement, workplace training and development, and/or workplace climate. To meet the needs of adult learners, we offer five-week courses that focus on hands-on learning and portfolio-building projects. The position includes preparing course materials (e.g., developing and recording lectures, creating assignments and other assessment tools and their grading protocols, and syllabus), delivering courses online, grading all assignments and providing feedback, and being available to students for professional guidance.
