Part Time Bookkeeper

Description We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Bookkeeper in DeWitt, Michigan. This role is primarily focused on maintaining our company's financial records, including purchases, sales, receipts and payments. This role falls within the industry sector, and your workplace will be located at our office in DeWitt, Michigan.Responsibilities: Accurately process accounts payable and receivable Manage and reconcile bank transactions Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Sage 300 Perform data entry tasks and manage administrative duties Execute month-end close procedures Provide administrative support as necessary, including filing, writing letters, making copies, and scanning documents Utilize Microsoft Excel for various financial reporting and record keeping tasks Resolve customer inquiries and monitor customer accounts for irregularities Assist with Account Reconciliation. Requirements Must possess skills in Account Reconciliation Proficiency in Accounts Payable (AP) is required Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) is needed Experience with Bank Reconciliations is a must Must be knowledgeable in Bookkeeping Proficiency in Data Entry is essential Familiarity with Microsoft Excel is required Must be experienced in Month End Close procedures Proficiency in QuickBooks is necessary Experience with Sage 300 is beneficial Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
