TS Equipment Repair is looking for an experienced Semi-Truck Shop Manager to oversee our operations in Dearborn. If you’re passionate about delivering quality service and leading a team, we want you on our team!
Responsibilities:
Manage daily shop operations and ensure efficient workflow.
Lead and mentor a team of mechanics and technicians.
Implement policies to enhance productivity and safety.
Schedule and coordinate repairs and maintenance for semi-trucks.
Maintain compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Manage inventory and vendor relationships.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in truck repair, with at least 2 years in a management role.
Strong knowledge of semi-truck systems, class 8 truck maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics.
Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
Proficient in shop management software (CDL or ASE Certifications preferred).
Pay: $35-00 - $40.00( based on experience)
Working Schedule: Monday- Friday 9:00 am -5:00 pm
