PDW Performance Driven Workforce is now hiring Seasonal Automotive Assemblers / Entry Level Mechanics. This Automotive Assemblers / Entry Level Mechanics position is based out of Dearborn, MI. Automotive Assemblers / Entry Level Mechanics will be working in the sub-assembly area, putting together automotive components. This is a great starter spot for someone with a great attitude and the drive to be a mechanic. Candidates must be able to work 10-12 hour shifts, 7 days per week. Candidates meeting the requirements below are strongly encouraged to apply.
Pay:
$19.00/hour
Shift:
AM Shift: 6:00 am - 6:00 pm (Monday - Sunday)
Must be available to work 7 days/week, 10-12 hour shifts
Must be comfortable working inside and outside
Retirees and veterans are welcome
Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age
Must have a valid driver's license and good driving record
Must have 1 year of hands-on experience including personal or vocational training within the automotive industry
Must have reliable transportation
Must be willing to work outside in all elements
Must be a self-starter and eager to learn
Excellent attendance
Quality driven, attention to detail
Must be able to work well with others
Safety oriented
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Mandatory overtime as necessary
Preferred Skills:
Previous mechanic experience
Parts inspection experience
Automotive industry experience
