PDW Performance Driven Workforce is now hiring Full Time Senior Designers for an Automotive Tier 1 Supplier. Full Time Senior Designers will be responsible for design and release of vehicle sub-systems and components from initial concept through to production release. Senior Designers will participate in design reviews based on program needs to ensure quality and timely delivery of designs, communicate design status and open issues as well as maintain close contacts with assigned customer base to capture design and development. This full time Senior Designer position offers an AM Day shift and is based out of Troy, MI. Candidates meeting the requirements for this Senior Designer position below are strongly encouraged to apply.
Pay:
Up to $38.00/hr. (Depending on experience)
Shift:
7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Monday - Friday)

Primary Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
Must be a US Citizen
Minimum of 7 years of hands on CREO experience
Knowledge of vehicle packaging
Knowledge and skills in the development and packaging of HEV / PHEV components and be able to resolve and develop feasible solutions
Must be a self-starter, motivated and works with minimal guidance
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Ability to Lead design reviews with various stakeholders to communicate status, issues and next steps
Additional Requirements:
Highly focused and adaptable to new challenges
Must have excellent teamwork abilities and interpersonal skills
Excellent skills with Microsoft Office software
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of Windchill, digital methods and tools
