We are seeking motivated and responsible individuals to join our team as Team Lead Airport Shuttle Drivers. As a Team Lead, you will assist the Airport Supervisor with daily reports, driver training, and vehicle maintenance, ensuring smooth operations and a high level of service. You’ll also oversee shuttle operations, coordinate schedules, and set an example of professionalism. All team members have access to well-maintained company vehicles, use company-provided gas, and are covered under our insurance—eliminating the stress of additional fees.

Responsibilities
Assist the Airport Supervisor with daily operational reports, driver training, and vehicle maintenance.
Oversee and support shuttle operations to ensure smooth scheduling and execution.
Provide exceptional customer service while driving and representing the company.
Requirements
Must effectively use technology to track and monitor flight schedules, pick-up locations, and GPS.
A clean driving record and a valid driver's license are required.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Able to lift up to 75 pounds independently.
Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing in English.
Must pass a pre-employment MVR Report.
Flexibility is key—our operation runs 24/7 with multiple shifts available.
Responsible, courteous, and professional demeanor.
Team Leads must wear the company-provided uniform.
Pay: $22–$25 per trip, based on experience and qualifications.
