I’m a small but growing roofing company looking for guys that only do high quality work. I can’t offer full time employment but I do have a fair amount of work. I specialize in shingles, epdm, standing seam, cedar, and synthetics. Willing to pay well for the guys that actually care about their quality of work those that don’t care it shows pretty quickly. Qualities I look for: de-nailing the roof deck, not just pounding the nails, proper nail pattern, flush nails, not blown through or sticking up, straight rake edges, not using damaged shingles, respectful, no screaming profanities so the homeowner and neighbors can hear, spotless clean up. Everything else can either be learned or you may already know. This is my third year in business and I am blessed to have some potentially big things coming with the way I have built things and the quality I focus on. I am a Christian company, you don’t have to be one yourself but must be respectful of it.
