We are looking for a dynamic, highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes and project management methodologies.

Duties

Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.

Review schematics using Civil 3D software to assist in project design.

Utilize construction management software to track project progress and manage documentation.

Implement effective project scheduling techniques to ensure timely completion of tasks.

Monitor project performance and make adjustments as necessary to stay on track.

Prepare and present regular updates on project status to stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Travel to and be present on sites during the projects.

Requirements

Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Familiarity with project scheduling tools and techniques.

Ability to read and interpret construction specifications, schematics, and technical drawings.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and drive results.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

A degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred but not required.
